The Gratch Law Group specializes in helping California consumers whose cars have been repossessed. California’s repossession laws are strict, and we can make sure your rights are protected. We also focus on representing people with car dealer fraud claims, debt collection claims, and credit reporting issues. The firm has extensive experience with lawsuits brought under a range of consumer laws, including the California and federal debt collection laws, California’s unfair competition law, and state and federal credit reporting statutes.

Most of the Gratch Law Group’s consumer cases are done on a contingency basis, which means that consumers typically do not pay anything for the Gratch Law Group to be their lawyer. There is also no charge for a consultation.

Joshua A. Gratch leads the Gratch Law Group and has decades of experience handling consumer cases. Having represented consumers and businesses, Mr. Gratch knows both sides and that gives him valuable insight into how to effectively litigate and resolve cases.

Mr. Gratch received his law degree from the UCLA School of Law (J.D., 1993) and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley (B.A., 1989). Mr. Gratch is admitted to the State Bar of California and practices in California’s state and federal courts. Prior to starting the Gratch Law Group, Mr. Gratch worked for several big law firms, and he brings that big firm experience to handling cases throughout California.
